Base on my New Generation style of chefs knives, this steak knife set is of presentation quality. My design is effective and feels great in the hand, it's performance driven, light and quick to manipulate. The blade has a strong distal taper for balance and excellent edge geometry for perfect cutting.
The steel, ladder patterned stainless Damascus is considered to be a great steel for steak knives. It is very hard and takes on a nice razor edge and holds it. The African blackwood compliments the sterling sliver inlays and the Damascus patterns well.
