A one sided bevel or chisel grind was ground on the high tech CPM S35-VN stainless steel. As well sporting a tip that is ground as a chisel adds in various cutting tasks.
The knife is well balanced and has a non traditional handle. The stainless steel, CPM S35-VN is considered by many to be the great steel for chef's knives. It is extremely hard and takes on a nice razor edge and holds it and is easy to maintain.
